Reporting directly to Hsu Ken, youâll own and improve existing products like Investor Directory and Co-Founder Matching, while leading the development of new initiatives.
In this role, youâll work on meaningful challenges, experiment with creative solutions, and turn ideas into reality. Youâll work with founders to understand their needs, test and refine ideas, and take ownership of projects from concept to completion. Youâll have the opportunity to make a real impact by creating products that support founders and help Iterative operate at its best.
What Youâll Do
The Product Lead will design, build, and scale products that drive value to founders and grow applications to our accelerator program.
Key responsibilities include:

- Drive Growth â Lead initiatives to grow user adoption and engagement across products. Design and run growth experiments to identify the most effective methods for increasing product usage.
- Identify Gaps and Opportunities â Research founder pain points and ecosystem inefficiencies. Propose and execute high-impact solutions, working with founders to ensure relevance and value.
- Frameworks and Playbooks â Document your learnings to establish scalable processes for product discovery, development, and growth. Share insights with the broader team to enhance organisational learning.
Who You Are
Weâre looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
- Product Builder â You have experience building and launching products, MVPs, or tools that solve real-world problems. Youâre familiar with the product lifecycle and can develop projects from concept to execution.
- Execution-Oriented â Youâre adept at balancing long-term vision with short-term execution. You effectively manage timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.

- Data-Driven â You have a strong analytical mindset and use data and user feedback to refine product direction and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong Communicator â You can effectively communicate the product roadmap and vision to stakeholders. You manage priorities, make trade-offs and build cross-team consensus to ensure alignment.
- Self-Directed â You take ownership of projects, work independently, and ask for help when needed.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity â You often work on projects with undefined parameters, requiring you to assess whether the initiative is worth pursuing, define success metrics, and navigate unknowns to bring ideas to life.
- Curious and Experimental â Youâre comfortable testing ideas, learning from failure, and pivoting when needed. You approach every project with a mindset of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Startup-Focused â Experience as a founder or early team member is a plus. If you donât have direct experience, youâre eager to learn and ready to dive into the Southeast Asia startup ecosystem.
Interviewing at Iterative: What to Expect
- Thereâs usually only one open role, even if multiple locations are listed. Weâre a fully remote team and open to hiring remotely, but LinkedIn requires a city for job postings, so donât read too much into that! đ
- Learn more about our interview process here: FAQ - Interviewing at Iterative.
Culture
These are the Iterative values. Theyâre not for everyone but if they speak to you, you might be just what weâre looking for.
- Iterate or Die â We take this literally. Ship early, get continuous feedback, and boldly experiment. If not the organization will die.
- Empathy is Our Competitive Advantage â Our success depends on our ability to empathize with other people in the organization and the community.
- Be Realistically Ambitious â The best strategy for making a big impact is to be realistic, have a plan and be ambitious.
- Responsibility is a Privilege, Not a Right â Being part of Iterative means being given responsibility for a part of our business. Be a good steward of that responsibility by being accountable, diligent and open-minded.
P.S. You may notice multiple locations listed, but there is only one open role, weâre just open to hiring remotely. LinkedIn requires a city to post job ads, which is why you see specific locations.
